They do always say it comes in threes. First Maxi in February, then Tara in May and now Pedro. He was just over a year old and was hit by a car on the road behind the shop. It's not usually a busy road but the drivers do go at ridiculous speeds even though it's a 30MPH limit. At least I knew Maxi was getting on in the years and I could see Tara deteriorate with cancer, but Pedro had his whole life ahead of him.
